This neoprene dress is by Cynthia Rowley for Roxy, a collaboration I just recently heard about. At around $150 it's an affordable incarnation of the neoprene trend seen on so many runways this spring. Actually the whole collection is really cute and I like how she used the pastel candy colors. I plan on buying the dress and maybe even a bathing suit. (roxy.com)
